In case you haven't already responded, there are TWO bridleways (Nos 12 and 13) being applied for by the TRF for upgrading to BOATs in an area known as Hagg Side near to Ladybower Reservoir.  
We need to submit user evidence BEFORE 11 April.
To make things as easy as possible, attached are User Evidence Forms for each application with the lane details completed, together with a copy of the OS map for each lane duly marked up.  
There is also suggested text for a covering letter to Derbyshire CC - one for each application.  Please cut and paste into your own letter head and send them in asap, telling them all about your regular usage over the last 20 years!
