Hi all,
after a recommendation about a year ago off Fred Onn when we were @ school (who i know competes with BAD when he's about) i got around to joining.

can anyone help wth a question, ive got a S2A on parabolics and im hoping to enter the CCT next weekend but as of yet havent completed the roll cage for it and doubt i will by the time of the trial, will i be allowd to compete without one or not? i have extinguisher as per the rules but i also have no fuel cut off spring will there make me fail scrutineering or will i be ok to compete? it will be my first organised trial

Don't worry about the cage. you don't need one to trial with us (it just helps lol).

You could do with a cut off spring and it only takes 5 min to fit. You need a long pulling spring abou3-4 inches bend one end out and round your throttle linkage and attach one end to something else so that should your cable snap and the manufacturers return spring fail you have a 3rd fail safe to knock the power off.

If you've not competed before you might get away with a causion but I can't garrentee.
