Subject: PRE PLANNING FOR MULTI AGENCY/ FORCE OPERATION DAYS IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER 2009

Dear All,

Continuity is the key and we need to demonstrate that we are committed to the continuation of this long term project. As such I am planning to run Blackbrook Operation days on the following dates which are ALL SUNDAYS.

SEPTEMBER 2009 - 6/13/27

OCTOBER - 4/18/25

In order that we aim to have successful project days I request that you consider supplying staff / members in the following manageable numbers.

  • Peak & Derbyshire Vehicle User Group (PDVUG) - MAX 4

  • Buxton & District Landrover club - MAX 4

  • Peak District National Park Rangers - Numbers as previous.

  • South York's Police - Request Min 2 Officers

  • Derbyshire Road Traffic Request Min 2 Officers with 4x4 vehicle.

Briefings will be at Bakewell police station at 0800hrs each designated Sunday.

Due to Family/ annual leave / work commitments of us all I don't propose to hold any project days in August 2009.

I request that in due course that you e-mail me your staff commitment so I am aware that we have sufficient staff for the day's in question.

Please reply no later that 31st August 2009.
