I was a member of the Buxton Landy club maybe about 10 years ago, with a blue series 3 UTH192S. Unfortunately, after running out of money to do it up, I sold it to someone in the Cheadle area of Cheshire. I just wondered if that new owner had joined the club as it had the club sticker in the window, and basically I wondered where the vehicle was now. His plan was to strip it and rebuild it, I'd like to know how he got on.
Since then, I've been Landyless, but I'm thinking now of getting another series 3, a bit older and wiser, I'll know what to expect this time around. It'll take me a while to save some money to buy it, and it'll take a while to convince the Mrs to let me get another one, but get one I will.
Are the club meetings still at the Green Man pub?
