I've done it, gone and bought a Landy, 2.5TD with knackered box (but i have a spare), failed its MOT on a light lens Laughing . The bloke owned it for 10 years and decided to buy himself a brand new 2.4 Defender.

Here's some pics of my 90, not bad for £300 i suppose.

Its an 89 'F' , 2 owners, heated screen, loads of new parts inc steering box, brakes, CD player and swing out wheel carrier.
Its painfully slow compared to my Disco but it has character i guess.
Also ongoing is a trialer project for 2008, Mod 2 for me.

See ya'll soon.

Yes yes..

I'm going to have  that built over 2008, can't afford to do it in one hit.
The 90 will be my green lane toy, i'll sell it once the TC is done.
